Basically BPJS Health provides health services by applying the concept of managed care or medical care provider where the BPJS Health has the authority to regulate medical care benefits that will be received by the public.
BPJS Health will provide basic medical care benefits such as outpatient care, hospitalization and other medical procedures. However, all these benefits have to follow the procedures prescribed by the Health BPJS.

While most of / in general benefits of private health insurance is indemnity or replace any loss or financing, where insurance is not involved in determining the insured medical care is obtained.
