Accident Insurance Program (JKK)
Definition
Occupational accidents including occupational disease is a risk that must be faced by workers in doing their jobs. To cope with the loss of some or all of the income that result from social risks such as death or disability due to occupational accidents both physically and mentally, it is necessary to work accident insurance. Health and safety of workers is the responsibility of employers so that employers have an obligation to pay accident insurance contributions ranging between 0.24% - 1.74% as a group of businesses.
Benefit
Accident Insurance (JKK) provide compensation and rehabilitation for workers who suffered an accident at the time began to go to work until arriving back home or suffer diseases caused employment relationship. 1. Cost of Transport (Maximum)

Dues
- Group I: 0,24% of the monthly wage;
- Group II: 0:54% of the monthly wage;
- Group III: 0.89% of the monthly wage;
- Group IV: 1:27% of the monthly wage;
- Group V: 1.74% of the monthly wage;

Security Procedures
- In the event of workplace accidents employers must fill out the form BPJS Employment 3 (accident report phase I) and send to BPJS Keteneagakerjaan no more than 2 x 24 hours from the occurrence of the accident
- After labor declared cured / died by the treating physician, employers must fill out the form 3a (accident report stage II) and sent to the Employment BPJS no more than 2 x 24 hours since the labor declared cured / died. Furthermore BPJS Employment will calculate and pay the compensation and the compensation of occupational accidents are the rights of labor / heirs.
- Employment BPJS Form 3a serves as a guarantee of payment of a request accompanied by evidence of:
- Photocopies of participants BPJS Employment
- The treating doctor's certificate in form BPJS Employment 3b or 3c
