Plan to sleep.
Good sleep at night is part of an effort to be healthy. So, know when to wake up and plan the time to be in bed before 7 o'clock. Begin break about an hour before bedtime.
Choose a variety of recipes.
Koleksilah recipes are easy and healthy, because it will help drive our health more easily. For the beginning, choose three recipes that are quick and easy to prepare. Each recipe must have ingredients that are not more than 6 kinds, and make sure the ingredients are always in our kitchen.
Create a plan of when to eat outside.
We definitely have time to have lunch or dinner outdoors while meeting friends. Relax, it's not going to keep the health of us. Originally we had planned. For example ensuring salad (fruit and vegetables) as well as lean meats priority food to be eaten.
Limit alcohol.
